Vernetta Cleaning Services (VCS) is a small service-disabled and minority-owned company that provides commercial cleaning services to local businesses, county, and state organizations. Our services support facilities requiring daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning. We provide extreme care for the client's privacy, security, and assets. VCS is a Limit Liability Company founded on October 19, 2020, in Prince William County, established as a legal entity. Our team works with our clients to understand their cleaning needs and use lessons learned to ensure we provide exceptional services. The home office is in Northern, VA, near our nation's capital. This area is the hub of contracting in the United States. It is also the home to hundreds of government agencies, private companies, colleges, universities, and a higher education community.

Meet the Owner

Roy Hodges is the owner of Vernetta Cleaning Services. He is a retired United States Army veteran who has served our nation for over 21 years. While serving in the military, his primary duty was to provide technical expertise to senior leadership. Now, he wants to offer his services and commitment to the community.

Mr. Hodges obtained a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies focused on Intelligence Collection from West Virginia American Military University and a Bachelor of Science from Illinois McKendree University. He has over 12 years of experience as a program manager.
